The Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church

Starting on Friday, November 6 through Sunday November 8, 2009, the Division of Information Technology of Florida International University will be testing its Disaster recovery process on several systems. Accordingly, this website will be unavailable or have intermittent service outages.

A digital resource created and produced by Salvador Miranda, consisting of the biographical entries of the cardinals from 964 to 2009 and of the events and documents concerning the origin of the Roman cardinalate and its historical evolution.
